FutureBrand has announced the promotion of Simon Hill to Global President. In his new role, Hill will lead FutureBrand globally, with responsibility for its strategic direction, operations, and performance worldwide, reporting directly to McCann Global CEO Tyler Turnbull, while also continuing to serve as President, North America.
Drawing on his experience across regions, Hill will work closely with leadership teams worldwide in areas including brand strategy and design, spatial, shopper, product design, and brand management. He is expected to play a central role in strengthening integration, supporting growth across both existing clients and new business, and ensuring the consistent, high-quality delivery of brand-led strategy and design.
Hill joined FutureBrand in 2013 and has held a number of senior leadership roles. He began his tenure in the London office, rising to Managing Director before relocating to New York in 2016 to take on the same role. In 2018, he was named President, North America, with responsibility for FutureBrand’s offices in New York, Syracuse, Cincinnati and Detroit, including the successful integration in 2024 of specialist businesses formerly operating as ChaseDesign and JGA under the FutureBrand name.
FutureBrand operates as both a core, brand-led capability within McCann and a standalone global business in the Omnicom Branding ecosystem, serving its own client roster while also collaborating across McCann and Omnicom to shape and elevate brands.
